Seeking Serenity is in it’s last week at the Columbus Circle Holiday Market, located on Columbus Circle, at 59th St and Central Park West - booth 13 green. We are here every day until Christmas from 10am to 9pm.

We are in the holiday spirit and are offering limited time only sales on all apparel and jewelry at the booth!!

Give a gift that has a special meaning. Or if you’ve had your eye on something, now is the chance to get it!

The next two weekends (October 9-10 & October 16-17) Seeking Serenity will be at the Autumn Crafts on Columbus! This fair consists of unique, upscale, hand-picked artists. So, sorry guys, you won’t find and any fried dough or lemonade here! But you you will find some great artists and hopefully some serenity. Seeking Serenity launches in San Antonio!

San Antonio was a success! Thank you to all who came to work for, help, and/or support us. Despite Hurricane Alex, we prevailed, but it definitely tested our serenity!

Wednesday afternoon was the opening of Sober Ranch.

However, when we arrived Wednesday morning we found our booth was right over a huge puddle, or lake, as it soon became known as. We worked as a team and built a “dock” on “Serenity Lake.” There’s pics, check it out! With all the chaos and disappointment of not being able to sell while the other vendors were selling, we were wet vacuuming, installing a sump pump, building a dock, and putting t-shirts in plastic bags. We stayed and worked until one in the morning.

Then we were finally ready for customers and selling. What a relief! It was all worth it though because our booth looked just as beautiful as our line of products.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were spent selling and selling. One favorite was the Step One Surrender, for men and women. Un Jour a la Fois (one day at a time) was a hit with the women, while More Will Be Revealed was a bestseller with the men.

Our discreet line of products differentiated itself from the usual recovery and spiritual products. Feedback was great. Customers loved the fabric-which is super, super soft because it’s made of bamboo and organic cotton. The most amazing feeling came when showing people designs with hidden messages and watching their eyes light up with excitement. That look in their eyes was priceless!

At one point we had the opportunity to stand back and watch all of our dreams and hard work materialize – a feeling that will not soon be forgotten.

Seeking Serenity has been hard at work! Over the last two years we have been developing products that we hope you will enjoy. Our website, www.seekingserenity.com, is scheduled to launch on June 28th followed by our pop-up retail booth at the 2010 International Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous. We hope to see you there!
